Welcome
National Commander Don Loudner
Welcome to the National American Indian Veterans Inc. website. We are the fastest growing organization representing American Indian Veterans in the United States. We hope you will join us in bringing a voice for improving the quality of life for American Indian Veterans and their families.
American Indians have volunteered to serve their Country at a higher percentage in all of Americas' wars and conflicts than any other ethnic group on a per capita basis. We have earned and should receive the full recognition of our service to the Nation.
The United States Department of Veteran Affairs has recognized the National American Indian Veterans as the National Organization to represent the unique needs of American Indians, Native Alaskans, Native Hawaiians, American Samoan Veterans and their concerns and issues to Congress and the United States Department of Veterans Affairs.
NAIV has also been recognized as the voice of the American Indian Veteran by the National Congress of American Indians (NCAI) as well as the National Association of States Directors of Veteran Affairs (NASDVA).
Our Federal Charter was introduced in the 108th Congress and is currently pending approval in the House Judiciary Committee as House Bill HR933. This bill is important to Indian Veterans in gaining full recognition of their needs and concerns. Please contact your congressman and ask them for their action in the immediate approval of this bill.
Join us in making a difference in the life of Indian Veterans and their families.
